Get the data

1ļøāƒ£ Collect The Information About Your Users (that you already did during the user research)ā£

2ļøāƒ£ Identify Behavioral Patterns From Research Dataā£

3ļøāƒ£ Create Persona Documentationā£ā£ā£

So how do we identify Behavioral Patterns? ā£ā£

1ļøāƒ£List all of the behavioral variables (ways in which users behavior differs, like Ā«Frequent travelerĀ» against Ā«rare travelerĀ» and so on)ā£

2ļøāƒ£ Map each interviewee against the appropriate set of variablesā£

3ļøāƒ£ Identify trends: find a set of people clustering across six or eight variables. These trends form the basis of each personaā£ā£

Assemble a personaā€™s descriptions around behavioral patternsā£ā£

In general, it should include: ā£

šŸ“Persona name (fictional)ā£

šŸ“Demographics (gender, age, location, marital status, family)ā£

šŸ“Frustrations (or Ā«pain pointsĀ»)ā£

šŸ“Behaviorsā£

šŸ“Bits of personality (a quote or slogan capturing personality)ā£ā£ā£
