No need for a looooong video to this one! 😉

Gold effect

Today we’re going to learn how to do this amazing text effect on photoshop!

Let’s go!

Add your text and duplicate the layer ( Ctrl + J in Windows)

Add a golden colors reflected gradient

Dark yellow: #977536
Light yellow: #fdf298

We used this golden coin to get the colors.

Add bevel a emboss at the layer

Intern bevel
Hard chisel
Size: adjust to fill the text
Double spike at reflection stroke
Add anti-aliasing

Add inner glow to give some bright to our effect

Orange: #e56621

Change size to fill the text

Add a reflected gradient stroke on the background color (same colors)

Dark yellow: #977536
Stroke size: 8 px
Light yellow: #fdf298

Add bevel a emboss at the layer

Stroke emboss
Hard chisel
Size 8 px

The other settings you maintain as the first one.

Add outer glow to a bright effect and finish.

Orange: #e56621
Size: 32 px
Opacity: 50%
