If you don’t have a bad airplane story, consider yourself lucky. According to the Wall Street Journal’s latest report, the bar for airport experiences is pretty low: ‘Competition [among airports] is such that an airport can win while still being mediocre in several categories.’ That being said, the Wall Street Journal says they conducted this survey amongst its subscribers to give power back to the passengers, whose experiences flying are often undermined by a number of factors including costliness, convenience, and reliability.
