FAQ: What does “Please sign into Chrome to enable the Checkout” mean?
While we solved most of the issues related to payments by switching from Google Pay to Stripe there are still a few things we need to iron out.
If you get the message below…
Just make sure that your Google account is “Synching” with Google Chrome Browser so that you can complete the payment with Stripe.
To double check that your account is synching click on the icon of your Google Chrome account next to the 3 dots in the top right (as pointed out by the arrow).
Then click in the rectangular area to make sure that your account is actually synching with Google Chrome.
Currently we are tying your purchase to your Google Account that you have Synching with a specific instance of Chrome.
We are discussing internally about using license codes (or some other way) to allow you to enter another email to make the purchase and potentially buy multiple licenses for your company.
