How Counselors Develop

I’ve been fortunate to have had many roles in the counseling world over my almost twenty-year career. From office manager to business owner to Associate Director, I’ve loved things about each job. But without question, my favorite was the various occasions I’ve had to educate other helpers, especially students working on their Masters Degrees in Counseling.
