Inception
HelpSystems entered the Armenian market in April 2016 by acquiring its long-time Software Development partner, Sourcio. Sourcio has been working with HelpSystems since 2009 and has been involved in the development of HelpSystems award winning enterprise products. Sourcio`s talented people, proven track of record delivering world-class IT services and products, and ability to solve complex tasks drove HelpSystems strategic interest in acquiring Sourcio and entering the talented Armenian IT market.
HelpSystems and Sourcio have several core values in common. This was one of the pillars of successful cooperation between the two companies and was one of the core factors behind the acquisition. And now, HelpSystems Armenia operates with a quintessential combination of Armenian and multi-national values.

This is a commonly asked question whenever someone comes to an interview. We are also asked this during various events and on social networks. How do we operate?
Behind every success, there are many, many factors that contribute to the positive outcome. It would require a separate set of articles to describe it. The factors vary from one company to another, but there is one thing that unites all successful companies — a well-defined set of values and principles which all employees sincerely (and I mean it) embrace.
I will be addressing our core values and how we operate in detail in a separate article. But I thought it was worth mentioning them in the scope of this introductory article. There are five core values — pillars, that shape everything we do as a Company. We believe that:

We strongly believe and operate in that values. It sounds easy but very hard to implement and reach outstanding results but let’s leave this to the next article.
