Raise your hand if you got an AMAZING blender for Christmas and vowed to yourself on January 1, 2019 that you would start cleansing and working towards a healthier you. Well, January is alive and well. How many of your resolutions have you broken by this final week in January? According to the Statistics Portal, over 45 percent of Americans have “lose weight/get in shape” as their goal, however, Business Insider states that more than 80 percent of New Year’s resolutions fail by February. I mean, I know I gave up on my dry January on the third day. TURN UPPP!!! (Don’t blame me, it takes 21 days to form a habit).

Here is a bit of motivation with smoothie recipes to get back on the right track. Or, if you’re already still crushing it, freakin’ shouts out to you. Crushing goals and taking names. These are some of my favorite smoothie recipes that make me feel like I’m an alright human again. Also, these are backed by one of my favorite nutritionist friends at the hospital. She’s so amazing, and not on social (trying to convince her to make a food IG bc OMG). Tag a pic if you make any of these, and let me know how it goes!!!!

LOVE YOUUUUUU!!!!!
