Hi, I’m Sacha Walton, founder and editor of Biz Her Way. My mission is to celebrate women business owners and entrepreneurs who are disrupting their industries, trailblazing the norm, and impacting change within their communities.

Women are making an impact worldwide in business ownership. Whether they are Entrepreneurs, Mompreneurs, Authors, Speakers, Creatives, or Intrapreneurs as C-suite employees; they are playing by their own rules and creating their narratives.

According to the Small Business Association (SBA), “over 13 million women own businesses in the US.” Women are taking their place in society and scaling businesses with ideas, talents, passions, and skillsets while staying focused on legacy building.

My heart desires to see women win and I’m excited about sharing the amazing stories of these phenomenal women.

Let’s lift up and applaud all the amazing, talented, inspirational, and diverse women worldwide who are making their voices heard.

Recently, I had a wonderful interview with Roseline Aigbokhan, founder of Roseline Aigbokhan Consulting and The Preserved Vessels Foundation, One of Biz Her Way’s Top 25 Women to Watch in 2024.

Thank you for having this interview with me. I’m excited about sharing your story in our Biz Her Way Series here on Medium.com.

Our readers would love to learn more about you. Please tell us who you are and a little something about yourself.

I am a Seasoned Speaker, Writer, Certified Leadership, and Life and Fulfillment Coach. I’m also a Worship Minister, Certified Counselor, NGO projects Consultant, Safety Advocate, and trainer for women and teenage girls.

I’m a God-fearing woman who loves God wholeheartedly. I am very passionate about my assignment to impact and impart into women and teenage girls to have a fulfilling life on earth.

My daily priority is to see every woman/girl safely living their dreams. I’m the Founder and Convener of the Preserved Vessels Foundation for women and girls that clocked 8 years of IMPACT in April 2024.

I have an NGO with Christian sister’s forum online and onsite fellowship centers in various states in Nigeria, impacting and imparting women for purpose and Fulfillment. By God’s grace, I’ve been featured in many newspapers, foreign magazines, local and foreign radio stations, and podcasts talking about women and teenage girls.

I’ve handled many charity and impact projects and outreaches for individuals, families, and organizations in Nigeria and overseas, reaching the less privileged in rural communities.

I’m a mentor with a keen interest in women and girls. I enjoy helping them navigate through life’s challenges and empowering them to achieve their desired success.

My vision for The Annual Exceptional Girls International Conference for teenagers is to see them reach their highest potential for success.

I’m also the Executive Director and Trainer in my firm, Roseline Aigbokhan Consulting, where I teach, coach, and train people on leadership, purpose, and fulfillment.

I’m widely known as “The Fulfillment Specialist” because of my deep knowledge, experience, and impact on people for life fulfillment. The approval from Lagos State Counseling unit approved my foundation to be interactive with students.

This enables me to visit several Secondary Schools and communities in Lagos, Nigeria, impacting teenagers on handling social vices, clarity of purpose, mindset, and safety.

By God’s grace, I have gained amazing results and fulfilling feedback from the various schools and communities I’ve visited. It is my dream to see many women of value and purpose living out their dreams and positively impacting our world.

“The essence of your existence is to be a blessing to yourself and humanity.” — Roseline Aigbokhan

Now, everyone has a story behind the beginning of their business. What inspired you to start your own business, and how has your journey been so far?

To start with, God inspires this beautiful journey of purpose. I’m just birthing his purpose through me to humanity. God gave me the vision and empowered my hands to carry it.

I’m no stranger to a journey filled with experiences and pains which has increased my passion to see women find a path to fulfillment. I want teenage girls to stay safe with a strong clarity on the path of life and what’s best for them.

My life has been challenging and fulfilling at the same time. The path to success is not an easy one but the results from daily progress is everything.

Trusting God with the process and celebrating every progress is it for me. I’ve had many reasons to give up but God kept me going. He also gave me amazing people who believe in my purpose. I appreciate their encouragement.

Tell us about the pivotal moment when you knew your business idea had great potential.

When I saw the impact of my business and vision on the lives of my clients and audience, showed me that I was going in the right direction. Receiving wonderful feedback and recommendations brought me peace and joy from the first day I started, and I knew God was also happy.

Which quotes or affirmations inspire you?

As far as your eyes can see, you can achieve and become. With God, all things are possible. The essence of life is to be a blessing to others. The call to lead is a call to influence others.

How are you making an impact with your business or project?

I’m making an impact through my foundation, reaching out to women and teenage girls virtually and physically. I organize business webinars, empowerment training, conferences for women and girls, charity outreaches, training, and personal coaching through my firm. I visit secondary schools, religious centers, and communities to impact women and teenage girls.

“Embrace your uniqueness. Never neglect yourself to please others.” — Roseline Aigbokhan

What advice would you give to aspiring female entrepreneurs looking to start their own ventures?

Having a vision is not enough, Get clarity and deep knowledge on your passion/ business. Become the brand before your business. You need the help of God. Find God! Your value is your selling point. Find it and trade with it. Be enough and confident in who you are and what you have to offer. Never stop learning and building. Every day is an opportunity to be a better version of ourselves. Lastly, never give up.

We celebrate women entrepreneurs in our publication. How do you make a difference in the lives of other women entrepreneurs?

I make a difference in the lives of other woman entrepreneurs through Mentorship, Partnership, and Sponsorship. By God’s grace, my foundation has established businesses for women, provided funding, and trained others with skills to become better in their field.

I support, counsel, coach, and encourage them. I believe we all have a space to fill in the call to make humanity a safe and better place through our passions and purpose. We need each other to unleash our potential better.

How do you balance the demands of entrepreneurship with personal well-being and self-care?

As someone who is multi-talented and filled with passion and purpose, I navigate the timing of prioritizing each project. I create time for rest and rejuvenation. I hang out, watch movies, read books, and travel.

When I’m overwhelmed, I take a few days to relax and reschedule my appointments. Adjusting my priorities to what is important and less important is necessary. I believe my well-being is more important than any profit. I do regular body and mind checkups. I also pray about everything. In God, I believe I’m safe and secure.

“You are enough to become all you are destined to be and all you desire.” — Roseline Aigbokhan
