Tahira Kashyap has a new look, and it appears that she enjoys her red hair. The filmmaker, author, and columnist recently shared photos and videos of her newly coloured locks on Instagram, prompting a flood of comments from her followers.

She captioned her first selfie, “That’s me! “I’m a redhead who bleeds red.” Twinkle Khanna, Dia Mirza, and Huma Qureshi were among the celebrities who commented.

Tahira, who is married to Ayushmann Khurrana, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018. During her chemotherapy treatments, during which she lost her hair, she posted pictures of herself bald and wrote, “Hello world!

That’s a new me interacting with my old self! Was tired of extensions so, it is and in every sense of the word, so much so that when I was bathing or picking up a soap, I didn’t have to duck up the shower!

I never imagined I’d go bald, stretching my time too long with the good ol’ cap. But this feels like that #baldisbeautiful #selflovenomatterwhat’ Tahira prepares for her second book on the working front, which will hit shops soon. Her short movie, which will go out on an OTT platform, is also awaiting release.
