The Robert Koch Institute (RKI), which is currently listed as ‘virus-variant’ countries, said that India, Nepal, Russia, Portugal and the UK are being reclassified to be “high-incidence” on Wednesday.

The change facilitates a prohibition on entry for non-German residents or citizens, meaning that anyone is allowed to enter while following quarantine and test rules.

The film had mixed opinions of the audience as well as the critics. The actress will then be seen in a forthcoming project called “Blind” together with Sujoy Ghosh.

Merkel called last month for tough constraints on people travelling from Britain, including longer quarantines, where the delta variant has caused an increase in cases. However, she said the position could be softened by the review of the travel advice.

“We believe those receiving twin jabs will… travel again without quarantine,” she said in the foreseeable future. Only Germans are permitted to travel from a varied country to submit to a quarantine of two weeks, regardless of whether fully immunised or negatively tested in Covid-19.

Instead, anyone from a high-incidence country can enter as long as a negative test is carried out upon arrival.

You must enter a quarantine of 10 days in principle, although you can end it with another negative test after five days.

High-incidence travellers are also exempt from quarantine if fully vaccinated. The variant category still includes countries that circulate other than Delta, for example Brazil and South Africa.

The overall incidence in Germany has declined steadily in recent weeks despite the increased proportion of the Delta variant.

The RKI reported 212 new cases over the last 24 hours on Mondays and five new infections in the last seven days per 100 000 people.
