These are incredibly challenging times, and we know that there’s a lot of uncertainty in the air about what the future holds for us all.

Here’s a quick run down on what’s going on for us.

We’ll be updating this page as the situation evolves and government advice changes.

This page was last updated on 30/12/2020.

OUR UPCOMING PROGRAMME

Is the 2021 programme going ahead?
Yes. We anticipate that programme delivery may be virtual or hybrid in the first few weeks — then move to more in-person through the year.

What will happen with interviews and Selection Workshops?
Much of our selection process lives online already — the application forms and video interviews continue as planned. We have been running virtual selection workshops through 2020.

Can I meet the team?

We are limiting face-to-face for now, however our team is available online and ready to help. Drop us an email and we’ll be able to answer your questions.

Are you hosting events?
All our events have moved online. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for all the latest details for how you can join and take part.

APPLICATIONS FOR OUR NEXT PROGRAMME

Applications for our 2021/22 programme, kicking off in August 2021, open in March.

If you have any questions, concerns, or clarifications, just drop us a line on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram — or by email.

CURRENT PROGRAMME DELIVERY

In March we switched to fully remote programme delivery — which included the delivery of all programme learning sessions, a virtual Venture Lab and Crowdbacker for the graduating 2019/20 Cohort.

From September we moved to a hybrid model of in-person and remote sessions and will adapt this according to future government guidance.

Our studio is open, with strict social distancing and hygiene protocols. We are operating a limited capacity with Fellows and staff using the space on a rotating basis.

PARTNERSHIPS

We’re in constant contact with our partners about the repercussions of Covid-19 and the lockdown. In March, our focus shifted quickly to Covid-19 response on the ground. Since then, we’ve begun conversations about how we can support the rebuilding of vital support systems — and the longer term project of reimagining society, without the structural inequalities that have become more apparent than ever. We are open to new partnerships.
