Join us at #AH10 in Singapore and Seattle

I am coming to you live from the Angelhack Global Hackathon Series in Berlin, where despite the glorious weather quite a few teams have come together at Spielfeld Digital Hub to commit to their code.

While it’s still a few hours until pitches begin, I’ve already seen some great hacks with the HERE location platform, including a safety app using the Geofencing API and an app that helps people volunteer to pick up trash using gamification and the Waypoint Sequence API (this is something Berlin urgently needs).

One of the teams is trying to turn singing into maps. No, really. I can’t wait to see that pitch. Their debugging process sounds interesting to say the least. Another team has a member who’s a dreadlocks-wearing poodle. He’s definitely a good boy and possibly a full stack developer.

Let’s just say I’m having a good time. If you want to have a good time, too, I have some great news for you.
