Radici — Italian Restaurant in Farmers Branch, Texas

Tiffany Derry shines on Food Network and is celebrated in Dallas for her cooking skills. Her restaurant, Roots Southern Table, serves comforting Southern dishes. Now, she’s exploring Italian food with a new restaurant, Radici, alongside her business partner, Tom Foley.

Radici will focus on wood-fired Italian dishes, drawing inspiration from Foley’s heritage and Derry’s culinary background. The idea for an Italian restaurant came naturally to them, aiming for an authentic taste of Italy.

During a trip to Italy in 2023, Derry and Foley were particularly influenced by Modena’s cuisine. They admired the region’s pasta, sauces, and famous ingredients like parmigiano reggiano cheese and balsamic vinegar.

Radici will feature dishes like a unique lasagna inspired by Modena’s style, without ricotta but with bechamel, spinach, and a white bolognese sauce. The menu will change with the seasons, including various dishes and a homemade limoncello.

Roots Southern Table has been a hit since its 2021 opening in the Farmers Branch. Radici will join it in the same area, with Derry excited about serving the community that has supported her.
