Captain Sorensen’s Datil Pepper Hot Sauce is the house favorite at Firehouse Subs. The sauce is named after retired firefighter Capt. Rob Sorensen, the father of Firehouse Subs Founders Chris Sorensen and Robin Sorensen. And, just like Capt. Rob Sorensen, the sauce has a spicy kick with an unexpected sweet side.

The sauce goes great on any Firehouse sub or can be used to add a flavor boost to your favorite recipes at home. Check out this recipe for jalapeño poppers made with Captain Sorensen’s Datil Pepper Hot Sauce, and purchase a bottle at your local Firehouse Subs today.
