Reaction Analytics Now Available on Hero Twitch Extension!

Twitch Extension Update 1.1.0

We’ve teased it for a couple weeks now, and today we are excited to announce that reaction analytics for our Hero Twitch extension are now available! Any streamers who use the Hero Twitch extension will now have access to their reaction analytics for each stream. The analytics are retroactive, so if you have been using the extension before we released analytics, you will be able to go back and see charts for streams before today.

Streamers can go to their Analytics page on Hero.tv and see a list of all broadcasts during which they received reactions. There are lots of options for chart configuration, and clicking anywhere on the chart will immediately scrub to that point in the VOD. One thing to note is that in order for analytics to work you must have the “Store Past Broadcasts” option enabled on Twitch.

We believe this will be hugely beneficial for streamers using our extension, as they will be able to go back and pinpoint times in their broadcast where viewers gave reactions. Using this data, streamers will be able to curate highlights and clips, and better tailor their future broadcasts to what resonates most with their audience.
