The old saying, “You can’t out give God” reminds me of the opening verses of 2 Corinthians as Paul refers to God as “the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.”
