What we do at HeyJobs

Technology creates jobs, technology changes jobs, technology replaces jobs. Change is the new constant.

But one fact remains undisputed: having a job enables people to have a purpose, financial security, and to lead a peaceful and fulfilling life.

In their previous two tech businesses, the HeyJobs founders Marius Luther & Marius Jeuck used highly advanced marketing automation to win new customers for their products.

But they struggled making quality hires fast enough.

They started applying marketing automation to recruitment and reduced their time to hire by 40% while nearly doubling their hires per month.

In 2016, they founded HeyJobs to disrupt the recruitment market through technology. After 6 months of intense R&D, HeyJobs started outperforming traditional channels.

In 2017, the HeyJobs Talent Acquisition Platform, which matches non-academic talent to jobs, was launched.

On the front end it looks simple: Recruiters launch new positions and magically receive quality candidates. Under the hood, we use a combination of machine learning, marketing automation and a matching algorithm to deliver more quality candidates at lower cost than any other platform.

Today, HeyJobs supports over 500 clients in the german market to hire successfully at scale. HeyJobs has over 100 employees and is headquartered in Berlin, Germany. It continuously expands into new geographies, industries and job categories.
