No You Don’t Need An Investor. You Need To Think Creatively.

Martin Zwilling writing in Forbes:

In my experience as an advisor to aspiring entrepreneurs, I often encounter the myth that an initial startup requires investors. The reality is that over 80 percent of new businesses will never attract venture capital or Angel funding, according to experts, and there are many good reasons for skipping that painful and distracting process. Outside funding is not a startup entitlement.

It’s a myth. It really is. It’s a myth to think you can’t build a business without funding. If I had a dime for every bright eyed and bushy tailed Startup bro who thinks building a pitch deck = starting a business, I’d be a wealthy man.

Thinking creatively inside the limitations of your own funds is the key. Don’t fuck around. Just build.
