Next week, we’ll be introducing a new integration for High Fidelity. Users will be able to make and import 3D buildings using the tools provided by our partner Archilogic. Archilogic provides an overnight service to convert a 2D floor plan, using any tool you might have to hand, into a 3D building, including adding textures and furniture.

The team at Archilogic kindly reconstructed a Frank Lloyd Wright treasure that is no longer around to mark the occasion: the Banff National Park Pavilion, demolished in 1939.

For our part, we’d like to celebrate this integration in two ways:

  • We’ve brought the Pavilion back to life! We’d like to invite you to a “pavilion warming” at 6pm PDT on March 23rd where you can experience the reconstituted Banff National Park Pavilion for the first time. If you’d like to attend, please RSVP here! The building will stay in place for three months after the event.
  • During the event, we’re also going to invite users to create their own buildings using the Archilogic tool. We’ll cover the cost of the first 150 workable plans we receive from users, and we’ll have a High Fidelity representative at the event to take your building orders. We’ll make this offer available to users unable to attend the event the following day through our forums if any capacity remains.

If you’re interested in working with buildings in High Fidelity, check out one of our learning modules here. See you in the pavilion!
