People have long flocked to the allures of high pay, and fast-paced enviable career in investment banking. Being able to push yourself to the next level, with high levels of competition, makes investment banking one of the most sought after jobs. If you can look past the long hours, and the high-intensity work environment, it’s not a bad job and compensation is hard to match anywhere else. Generally, if you have gone into a business program, and did not end up going into a technical program like computer science, this job is one of your best goals. Everyone strives to be able to retire comfortably, and with the fast-paced career momentum in banking, it is a very lucrative career.

With my experience in banking and having a fair share of interview experience, I want to provide as much information as possible so you can land your investment banking position, whether it’s a full-time position or an internship position where you can eventually transition into full time. First, I’ll be going into how to excel in your actual interview, but will also provide some insight into how to land your job too.

Attitude and Technical Knowledge is Paramount
