Yes, I know this is not what anyone wants to hear, but the top 5 skincare tips cannot be bought, lathered, or applied. My top 5 absolutely free tips for clear and glowing skin are:

5. Orgasms. No really, orgasms may be the best-kept secret to a youthful glow. Recommended daily, there are many documented benefits.

4. No Alcohol. Siss-boo. I get it, but that ish is really bad for your skin.

3. No Dairy. This is honestly the hardest skincare habit for me to adhere to. One part cheese is so good, one part vegan eats are not always available. In any case, a reduction in dairy intake is good!

2. Hydration. Water, lots of it. Like maybe an annoying amount of it.

1. Sleep. You simply cannot refute the evidence.

Look, ya girl loves a good daily skincare routine, including cleansing and moisturizing in the morning and night, but quite honestly, none of that is as effective as tips 1–5.
