Following a recent Thanksgiving trip to see my family, I experienced the worst bout of sciatica I’ve ever had. It started just before the trip, and perhaps due to the four-hour flights there and back, what’s normally a three-day event of pain shooting down my left leg turned into three weeks of agony.
