Shamelessly disillusioned

It feels great to be disillusioned.

To be rid of the illusion that this world happens to me.

To not be swept away in the illusive nightmare of separation from Life and the tidal wave of beliefs like powerlessness and lack which only lead to extreme asshattery and self-loathing.

I labored under those illusions for so long. There are days I still do. But right now, as I sit and type this to you, it feels incredible to know that I am free.

I know this because I can say the most powerful combination of words mankind has ever known — I Am. Just that, right there, is all I need.

I am free from the illusions of mass consciousness that are so easy to get caught up in. Free from the deep grooves of fear laid down by millennia of human history that have sunk into the backdrop of our mind.

I am proudly and earnestly disillusioned. And it feels fantastic.
