A better way to manage your tags

If you work with tags a lot in Highrise (and if you don’t you should! they are super useful for segmenting your data) you may have noticed a few tweaks in the layout over the past few days. We’ve organized things a bit differently and cleaned up the tag management layout. Now you do all of your tag filtering from the Contacts page regardless of whether you select a tag from your Recently viewed menu, the jump bar or the Contacts page itself:

You can still filter by multiple tags and see the activity associated with individual tags or all of your currently selected ones. A lot of of didn’t realize you can see all the Notes/Emails associated with tagged contacts:

And edit your tags when you need to rename or delete them:

We hope this change is actually pretty seamless but wanted to point it in case you were wondering about the changes!
