Auto CCs

For those of you who use our Gmail or recent Outlook integration to send emails from Highrise, we have an exciting announcement today:

Auto-populated and auto-complete CCs.

You’ve been able to add a CC (or BCC) to an outgoing message for some time, but now if you receive an incoming email with CCs, Highrise will automatically CC the same recipients on your reply:

Or if you want to add CCs (or BCCs) to an email, Highrise will suggest email addresses whenever you type 2 or more characters:

You can still choose to email an address that is not in the system by choosing the first option in the dropdown.

We’ve found this to be a real time saver. And critical piece to emailing out of Highrise. We hope you like it too!
