Reporting and statistics!

One of the biggest dings against Highrise has been our lack of reporting. Sometimes you don’t need content out of Highrise, you need to know numeric activity. Who’s getting what done? Are we closing more deals now then we were or has something happened? Is our task backlog growing?

So today we introduce some long awaited reports. Just click our new activity filter from Latest Activity, and find “Statistics”:

And you’ll find reports like, notes created:

Emails received and sent:

(Note — for the email report, we just started collecting email data in September. It will reflect on a rolling basis going forward, but for now, we only have the first 2 months of data).

Tasks assigned and completed:

Deals — $ Won, Pending, Lost:

Deals — # Won, Pending, Lost:

Any user can access their own stats and account owners and admins can see all users at once or filter on individual users as needed.

We know this doesn’t cover everything, but we hope it’s a good start!

And as for the biggest ding against Highrise, it’s been our lack of mobile apps, which we made progress on with our first iOS app, and now we’re coming out soon with our first Android app. It’s taken awhile, but we definitely have working builds we’re alpha testing internally and expect to have ready in the very near future:

And don’t worry Apple users (of which we include ourselves). We have a new iOS app coming soon too that will be updated more frequently.
