Tip #18: Find Who Didn’t Open a Broadcast Message

I can see how to find who opened or clicked a Broadcast message. But how do I find who DID NOT open the message?

Broadcast our bulk email tool, helps you send a message to multiple people at once. You can quickly see the percentage of recipients that opened or clicked on a Broadcast message.

Finding who didn’t open a Broadcast message isn’t as obvious right now. There is a trick that can help using tags.

Or follow these steps

1. Click on the percent opened for the Broadcast message
2. Now, tag these contacts. You can use open or open+messageid
3. Go back to the Broadcast page, and click the number of contacts beneath the message User sent to X contacts
4. Add the filter for the tag you just created
5. Click With tag to exclude the tag from the filter and find which contacts didn’t open the message.
