Tip #21: How to Remember Case and Deal Dropbox Addresses

A recent question we’ve received from people that use Highrise:

I have over a hundred cases and deals. It’s impossible to remember all the specific dropbox addresses to get my emails filed there. Any tips or tricks that might help?

Yes. Did you know you can download a vCard of all your dropbox addresses?

Here’s how to do it . . .

1. Go to the My Info section of your account. If you’re an admin or a user, this link will be under the Settings section in the right corner of the account. The Account Owner will find this link under the Account & settings section in the right corner of the account.
2. Scroll down and click Download a vCard with all these addresses in the middle of the page.
3. If there are more than 25 cases and deals, you’ll receive an email once the download is complete.

Once you’ve downloaded the vCards, you can import them into your email client or your address book.

Now, when sending an email, you can start typing the case or deal name to enter it in the BCC field . . .

Instead of hunting for the specific case or deal dropbox address in Highrise, selecting it to copy it, and then pasting it in your email client. Time saved.
