Can I tag other members of my team when adding a note or comment?

It would help my team communicate and make sure they’re seeing important notes or comments.

Our support team recently received this question from a Highrise customer. And the answer is yes.

When adding a note or comment, you can mention your team members by their initials to send them an email notification about the note. This can be done from the Android or iPhone app, and when using Highrise from the browser on your computer.

Here is how it works

  1. Go to a contact, case, or deal page to add a note or comment on an existing note or email.
  2. When adding your note or comment, enter the your team members first and last initial: @firstinitiallastinitial
  3. This will mark the team member’s name to receive an email notification.
Mention your team members to send them an email notification about a note or email.

And here is how the email notification looks:

You can do the same from the iPhone or Android app:

You can also enter a team member’s first name, for example: Michael

We recommend using the first name and last initial because if two of your team members have the same name, both will receive the notification. The initials often makes the mention more unique.
