Highstreet Campus — All Your Metaverse Needs in One Place, Coming Early October
Although the Ducks had learned to harness the power of Lunarite Crystals long ago, it was the humans that helped refine it into the power cells that are essential for long-range transport today. Two vastly different worlds are about to converge and create new connections, experiences, and opportunities for the betterment of Highstreet World.
For generations, the various tribes that inhabited the continent of Solera had lived without the knowledge of interdimensional travel. However, for almost a century, a secret organization consisting of both Ducks and humans had been conducting joint research dedicated to the development of Multiversal Exploration. This organization was known as Highstreet. Soon, it will lead both Ducks and humans to a higher plane of existence.
Now that Highstreet’s research is reaching a climactic point, a plan to unveil both worlds’ biggest secrets is being put into motion. It was determined that when the portal across dimensions becomes stable in both directions, the Ducks would host a cohort of human visitors.
The Ducks were led by an elected group of 12 representatives known as The Council of Beaks. They needed a plan to convince their constituents that the imminent arrival of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands, of interdimensional travelers would be beneficial to Solera. In typical bureaucratic duck fashion, this job fell upon the unsuspecting shoulders of Quackhead Bill, a Highstreet member and the Ducks’ leading scientific authority.
Bill’s strategy was straightforward: demonstrate to the populace that humans are an advanced species of benevolent primates that bring gifts of technology that can improve the lives of Ducks.
Thus, the plan for Highstreet City was born. The Ducks would build a metropolis to serve as the first interdimensional hub welcoming anyone from anywhere. After years of education and the gradual introduction of human culture into Duck society, the tribes of Solera are now ready to receive their first human visitors. The first step is to test the waters by letting Ducks and humans mingle on Highstreet Campus — before the two civilizations explore the rest of the city together.
Within its halls, the Marquise Lunarite Crystal is the ultimate centerpiece. Official reports call the creation of this crystal the most important act of all time. Meanwhile, skeptics call it a sham, mere propaganda of a misguided and weak Council. Wherever you stand on the issue, the fact remains that Highstreet Campus is a spectacle that must be experienced in person.

Highstreet Campus — An Overview
Highstreet Campus is the ultimate hub for new experiences. Its uniquely designed building features various layers of Highstreet Technology in one central location. From multiplayer networking and virtual try-ons to phygital shopping infrastructure and VR–browser crossplay, this is our playground to experiment with new features before implementing them in the rest of the metaverse.
Here are a few must-visit attractions
Located in the lobby right by the entrance, the FOMO Duck Shop is more than meets the eye. Not only does it have a range of adorable phygital merchandise, but it also connects directly to a Shopify backend. This means every transaction will help us validate and test our on-chain to off-chain e-commerce backbone. Additionally, we will have exclusive products for Forever FOMO Duck Squad holders.
Like the Metaverse we’re building, fine wine improves with age. At the Metaverse Wine Store, Château Canard, we’ve partnered with NFTOO to bring redeemable phygital wine to the Highstreet community in the near future. This will be the first F&B item we bring to market, and hopefully, it won’t be the last.
The Main Stage is a large, open space located on the roof of Highstreet Campus. A prominent video screen will feature clips played in a loop and eventually, featured videos will also be displayed. In the future, it will be where the Highstreet team makes big announcements, so drop by to hang out and see what’s in store!
Need something to quench your thirst after exploring Highstreet Campus? The cozy Quack Café is the best place for players to drink delicious lattes, bubble tea, cappuccinos, and more. Served by a Duck, the idea here is to test out Highstreet World’s first in-game interactions. All drinks will be free once the café opens its doors.
Located on the second floor near the Quack Café, the Coworking Lounge is a comfortable area where players can hang out, relax, and chat with other players.
Highstreet Campus is big, and while there’s a lot to explore, it’s natural you might need some help. Located on the first floor in front of the 8-bit store, Guest Services is a circular information booth where players will be able to interact with a Duck Host through dialogue prompts and receive assistance.
Walking around in the metaverse can be strenuous, but luckily, we’ve got a great alternative. Ducks aren’t the best flyers, but they do dream about soaring in the sky. Boost Platforms allow both Ducks and humans to take to the skies and reach their destinations with speed and in style. They’re a great alternative to the Fomolators if your stomach can handle it!

The Incubation Room is where the Highstreet team conducts our weekly internal meetings. By having our meeting room on the third floor of Highstreet Campus, we have the opportunity to interact with members of our community, giving us a more transparent means of interacting with users.
Want to be the first to test our new features? The Lab is designed just for that. This space allows users to try out new mechanics, design patterns, and features in Highstreet World and provide both passive and constructive feedback to create a more unique and immersive game. Our goal is to slowly fill up the Lab with new designs to be tested until they are mature enough to be folded into Highstreet World.
Highstreet Campus will be an integral part of Highstreet World, providing metaverse users numerous ways to interact not only with each other but also with their favorite phygital products and new games. The team plans to officially launch Highstreet Campus in early October.
