Many of you already know, Highstreet World is built up of hexagon tiles spread across the entire map. Each Hex is 44 meters in diameter and users can soon purchase the tiles individually or in a collection to then be developed through our Realty Portal. While our partners and investors had a bit of a head start buying and developing regions consisting of 50 hexes to help seed content into Highstreet World, today we will focus on a different class of real estate that is quintessential to the gameplay itself, Homes.
Live in Highstreet Homes
Homes in Highstreet World are not only a place for players to rest and rejuvenate in their adventure across the metaverse, but also a place to store inventory that doesn’t quite fit in a standard QuackPack.
Homes are also checkpoints for you to spawn in when you die, so if you own multiple homes across multiple regions, it’ll also allow you to fast travel between them saving you a lot of travel time. Homes can be customized and decorated with both in-game phygital products as well as NFTs you may have brought in from beyond Highstreet World.
Finally, Metaverse technology is all about social, so the Highstreet Team is building video streaming and spotify integration with Homes, so the next time you want to just chill and hangout with friends, you can do it seamlessly from the comfort of your Highstreet Home.
Purchase Highstreet Homes
In our Initial Home Offering we will be selling limited edition residents from each of our 4 core regions. These are Highstreet City, Binance Beach, AVAX Alps, and Animoca Archipelago. Highstreet City properties are the simplest to acquire and anyone can purchase directly from our site. The first Home to be unveiled from Highstreet City is The Solarium.
The remaining 3 regions are gated by a small questionnaire. By completing the questionnaire prospective players will be sorted into a region similar to the sorting hat at Hogwarts. Each region has drastically different cultures, ecology, and architecture.
For example, Binance Beach residents live in adorable Greek-inspired houses beach houses while residents in AVAX alps live in Luxury Igloos that reach many miles beneath the snow-covered tundra. Regardless of regions, however, Homes all have the same functionalities and we are absolutely certain that wherever you are sorted, you’ll enjoy living in your first Metaverse Home as much as our team enjoyed building it.

AVAX Alps
AVAX alps is a frozen tundra located in the northernmost region of Highstreet World. Its residential igloos can seem inconspicuous at first, but don’t be fooled by its small footprint in the snow. Many residences expend many hundreds of feet beneath the ground.
Binance Beach
Take it easy, we’ve all made it, so buy a Binance Beach House, and live life like it should be lived. On a beach with a cold drink in hand. Binance Beach is the manifestation of Binance NFT platform in the metaverse. Buy, Sell, and Bid on your favorite collections right here on Highstreet.
Animoca Archipelago
Animoca Archipelago is an Island Chain off the coast off the main continent of Solera, a trans-archipelago highway runs through the network of islands, each representing a brand or a game under the Animoca Brands Umbrella.
Highstreet City
As a bonus, Solarium Tower from Highstreet City is also up for grabs in this event. Highstreet city is a special category on its own, unlike regions highlighted in this article that are kept at 50 Hexes in size, Highstreet City will continue to expand over time as more players join the game and more brands enter the Metaverse. It’ll serve as the de-facto center of our world and be the landing zone for new players as well as partners.
All Homes are limited edition and will be sold using HIGH tokens this January.

Highstreet Homes, like all properties in Highstreet World, is a way for players to earn passive income. Every home belongs to a Region, and every transaction that occurs in those regions gets shared with their respective residents and homeowners.
