After yet another spectacular Move-In Day, we are proud to announce the inaugural Formula FOMO: Animoca RV Racing Rally hosted across Highstreet World’s Animoca Archipelago and the historic Formula 1 track: Circuit de Monaco.
Calling all explorers! Do you have the heart, mind, and speed to win this race of a lifetime? Join us on track for a chance to not only bring home the $HIGH but also score plenty of opportunities to win our ticket package to Highstreet’s corresponding event IRL at the 2023 Monaco Grand Prix which is worth over $10k USD! The Monaco Grand Prix on May 26–28, 2023.
Festivities all around Animoca Archipelago
Tailwind Motors, the company that built your RVs, is opening up their test tracks for the biggest festival in Duck history! We’re inviting avians and humans alike to join us on the Animoca Archipelago and brave the wilderness together. The Revv Racing Circuit, originally built to test the highly volatile Lunarite Engines, circumnavigates the charted regions of the island chain. Treacherous weather patterns with frequent monster attacks made the track too dangerous for Tailwind’s test engineers. But for the daredevils of Highstreet World, the Circuit is the perfect testing ground!
On May 15, 2023, all owners of an All-Terrain Trailer Highstreet Home will be able to register through the reclamation orb interface inside their RV to participate in the rally.
The competitiveness of each RV will be decided by its power system, applied boosts, and other traits found in its metadata. Race results may also be influenced by weather patterns and potential monster attacks.
How to Play
Animoca RV Racing Rally comes with huge stakes, so we know everyone participating will want to do their best.
Stages
The event is divided into four stages:
- Community Challenges
- Pre-Race Qualifiers
- The Big Rally Race
- Podium Ceremony
Community challenges are a series of fun events that Highstreet is co-hosting with eight of our awesome partners. Participating in these events will result in corresponding boosters for the upcoming racing rally. These boosters can make all the difference in your chase for glory, so try to catch’em all!
Pre-Race Qualifiers allow interested Racers to register their RVs with the reclamation orb interface found inside Racers’ RVs. The results of each Pre-Race Qualifier are independent, and the winners from each round will advance to The Big Rally Race which consists of 7 races.
Since the weather will impact the performance of RVs depending on their power systems, we will provide weather forecasts ahead of each Pre-Race Qualifier.
Racers can choose which Pre-Race Qualifier they want to participate in, ensuring that the conditions suit their RV’s power system.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Players are not allowed to unregister until the Podium Ceremony.
- Maximum: 100 RVs/Racers
- Participants can only register their RVs to enter the race during the staking period. Once the Pre-Race Qualifier ends player can no longer register and participate in the upcoming races
- During this period, those who have already registered their RV(s) can also apply or adjust their boosts
The Big Rally Race
Once the race has started, players will not be able to register additional RVs for the event. The Big Rally Race comprises seven rounds, and there is a preparation phase preceding each one. Contestants have the freedom to adjust their boosters during each adjustment period. However, once an RV is eliminated, it becomes unusable for the remaining rounds. The winner of each qualifying round can continue to participate in the rally.
Podium Ceremony
The event will conclude with the Podium Ceremony, with Racers able to retrieve their registered RVs and prizes from the reclamation orb interface 2 days after the event ends. Kindly note that rewards can only be withdrawn within a 2-week period after the race ends. If the reward is not withdrawn after 2 weeks, only staked RV can be withdrawn. Final round winners will receive the reward as airdrops. For the first-place winner to claim the grand prize, the first-place winner must participate in an online recording with Highstreet. In case the first-place winner is unable to comply, other final winners will be considered for first place.
There are two ways to improve your chances of winning a big prize:
- Collecting and Using Boosts collected by participating in our Community Events
- Owning Animoca All-Terrain Trailers best suited for course challenges
FAQ
Q: Can an eliminated RV be used alongside other RVs that make it into subsequent rounds?
No. Once an RV is eliminated, it cannot participate in subsequent rounds. You can only race with RVs that have not been eliminated.
Q: Can I use an RV that I haven’t used in prior rounds during the later rounds?
A: Only in the Pre-Qualifiers, All RVs are automatically entered into every round for the Big Rally Race, the preparation stage is for swapping boosters based on participants’ preference.
Q: If I hold five RVs, but I entered a round with only two RVs and lost, can I participate in later rounds with my RV even though I still have three unused RVs?
A: In the pre-qualifying rounds, it is permissible to acquire additional RVs for participation as long as the three pre-qualifying rounds have not concluded. However, for the Big Rally Races, all RVs will be automatically entered per round.
General Rules
- RVs need to be “staked/registered” to be eligible for the race.
- During each race, there’s a chance that the weather may change, or a monster may appear on the track. The RVs that are most prepared to handle those events will have the best chance at winning.
- If you want to use multiple RVs in the race, try to collect ones with different traits to maximize your chance of winning!
Prizes
Let’s talk prizes; With up to 50K $HIGH for grabs! Any Racer who passes the Pre-Race Qualifiers will be able to claim at least 5 $HIGH tokens, for each round after the Pre-Race Qualifiers winners that are not eliminated can earn anywhere from 5–100 $HIGH tokens per round based on the round number and participating RVs!
The exact breakdown of prizes will depend on the prize pool that is activated. The more RVs that race, the bigger the prizes!

Race Breakdown
All races have three equal segments, with each having an equal chance of experiencing a Weather Event, a Monster Attack, or both.
Weather Events
RVs will receive a speed bonus corresponding to their power system in different weather conditions.
The weather may gradually change during the race, ranging from hailstorms to heatwaves. These elements will have an impact on the race, so keep an eye out!
Monster Attacks
Monster Attacks are random events that can slow down your RV!
At each leg of the race, there’s a 50% chance for monsters to be on the track. This happens when racers encounter different Weather Events, so the race could change at any time!
Each RV type handles monsters a little differently. For example, the Crystal RV is weakest against the Ice Raptor, while the Electric RV is strong against Ratdogs, Bulb Spiders, and Mutant Flamingos.
Traits:
Lastly, Let’s take a look at how traits can impact the performance of your RVs during the race.
Unique Driver Traits:
- Godly Reflexes, Driver Trait | A minor speed boost in Windy & Misty conditions, moderate protection against Axolotl & Mutant Flamingo attacks.
- Nerves of Steel, Driver Trait | A minor speed boost in Thunderstorms & Landslides conditions, moderate protection against Bulb Spider & Ratdog attacks.
- Eagle Eyed, Driver Trait | A minor speed boost in Downpours & Freezing Rain conditions, moderate protection against Snow Crow & Coconut Crab attacks.
- Stoic Hands, Driver Trait | A minor speed boost in Heatwaves & Hailstorms conditions, moderate protection against Drakes & Ice Raptor attacks.
Unique Traits:
- Engine Injector | A minor increased chance to proc Speed-related Boosts.
- Chassis Injector | A minor increased chance to proc Animal-related Boosts.
General Traits:
- Laissez-faire Pack User| A chance to apply any booster.
- Covetous Pack User| Mildly Increases the potency of Speed Bonus
- Cold Blooded | A lesser speed increase in Hailstorms, Downpours & Freezing Rain weather conditions.
- Speed Racer | A lesser speed increase in Misty, Clear & Windy weather conditions.
- Hot Tempered | A lesser speed increase in Thunderstorms, Landslides & Heatwave weather conditions.
- Beast Master | A lesser chance to proc Animal Immunity Boost, a moderate protection against speed loss on all unprotected Animal Attacks.
