Mt. Inugatake 犬ヶ岳

Absolutely wonderful forest, most of the trail follows a river with waterfalls and pools and small river crossings (one with a chain, that requires a little concentration but nothing to put you off!) There isn’t a view from the top, but just before the peak there’s a great view over some of Hiko-Yabakei Quasi-National park. Highly recommended.
