Lobbying for #ZeroDebt

Along with some of our dedicated students and some coalition partners, we headed to the State House to talk to legislators about student debt and advocate for the creation of a #ZeroDebt higher education system. We are happy to report that over 60 State Reps and Senators have signed on to the bill, supporting the creation of this system.

Here on the right is Gabe Adams-Keane, our Campus Leader from UMass-Amherst. Gabe made the trip from western Mass to talk to elected officials, including Representative Sean Garballey who is pictured here. Rep Garballey is a member of the Higher Education Committee and we look forward to working with him more in the future.
