Are you a logical mind ready to tackle the day-to-day challenges all modern web developers face? HIM & HER Inc. is seeking a motivated, hands-on full-stack developer to join our growing team. Our developers are responsible for building, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting clean, web standards compliant code. They work well with a team of developers and designers to create awesome digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Proven knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Backbone, React, Ampersand.js, NodeJS, Kraken.js, Angular.js, etc…)
• Experience translating designs and wireframes into semantically correct web templates
• Experience with task runners like Grunt
• Experience with
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and applying to responsive templates
• Strong working experience developing cross platform/browser compatibility (IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) for dynamic web applications
• Familiarity with web standards and best practices for minimal page load time and accessibility requirements
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience with source/version control software is required (Git)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally co-workers and clients
• Familiarity with PHP (WordPress), Python, .NET is a plus
• Loves solving challenging problems and tackling the hard things first
