Hims & Hers Partners with Mount Sinai Health System

At Hims & Hers we envision a world where it’s easy for people to seek care and control their own health. But the reality for far too many is that it is difficult and frustrating to navigate the existing system, including finding the right access points for care. It doesn’t have to be this way. We believe it’s possible to streamline our customer’s healthcare experience, even if we can’t provide access to treatment for a certain condition on the Hims & Hers platform.

Following closely on the heels of our partnership with Ochsner Health System, today we are announcing that we are partnering with Mount Sinai Health System to bring access to a wider range of treatments to patients in the greater New York City area. Our partnership with Mount Sinai allows us to help patients in the greater New York City region connect to providers who can help them manage their healthcare needs. Given the current public health situation due to COVID-19, this will mean both telemedicine visits as well as in-person treatment for cases in which it is necessary to see a provider face-to-face.

It has always been our belief that by partnering with established healthcare leaders, we can meaningfully put high-quality care in the hands of more people. Through these partnerships we are able to help patients connect with highly-qualified physicians across a spectrum of specialities who can work with patients to ensure their care needs are met, even if they cannot be treated through the Hims & Hers platform.
