USS Kidd had the honorary permission to hoist the pirate flag by the US navy
It is a USS destroyer on the high seas, and it hoisted one of the strangest flags in maritime history. It is the Jolly Roger, the standard skull and bone flags of pirates. Why is this only US navy ship allowed to fly the Pirate flag?
