It was a railway station in the south of India. Fresh coffee and Samosa (an Indian snack) filled the air, and gunfire disrupted the morning bustling. The crowd scattered in fear as a young man descended from the rail coach and ran towards a restroom to end his life. The victim was General Ashe, who was the collector of Tirunelveli district in British India. The gun was from France, the bullet was from Belgium, and the man who shot General Ashe was Vanchinathan.
