When Albert Einstein was born, his mother took one look at him and started to cry. “His poor head,” she wailed, “His poor big head.” At birth, his head was larger than normal for a newborn. It was March 14, 1879

Einstein did not speak as a toddler
He eventually grew into the big head, but he didn’t speak a single word until he was around four. His parents were worried that their son would be mute.
When he finally spoke, his first sentence was to complain at dinner that his soup was too hot. He was perfectly fluent and spoke in full sentences. When his parents asked why he hadn’t spoken before then, he replied: “because up to now, everything was in order.”
