There’s only 17 regular season Durham Bulls games left in 2017. It’s hard to believe, really. You blink, and the summer is almost over, school is about to start and baseball is almost gone in the Triangle.

We know that life is busy, and the summer holds with it vacations, or weekend getaways or children’s tournaments or recitals or summer camps. So, with 17 regular season games left in 2017, here’s 17 reasons to catch the Bulls before it’s too late.

Show Love for Your Hometown Team
The Durham Bulls are unique. No other Minor League market embraces its team like the Triangle does with Durham. The next time you’re out at a food truck festival, or concert or bar, take a look at how many Bulls hats you see. The Bulls are the Triangle. Be a part of that.

Everyone Loves Bulls Games (including your dog)
Bulls games are fun. Plain and simple. Ask around, and we guarantee people will speak highly of us. PLUS, dogs love the DBAP, too. Our final Bark in the Park game is coming up, so take part in the #DBAPDoggies conversation and bring your pooch.

The DBAP is a Perfect (and cheap) Date Spot
Whether it’s a first date or you’re going out with your spouse of 50+ years, a night at the DBAP is a killer date. It’s a fun atmosphere, there’s good food and drink and it provides a chill environment to just chat and connect with someone.

The Team is Really Good
The Bulls are sort of crushing it this year. The team has a huge lead in the IL South Division, and has a BUNCH of good, young players like Willy Adames, Jake Bauers and Brent Honeywell, just to name a few. As of this writing the team is 62–39. In layman’s terms: really, really good.

We’ve Added Taco Tuesdays to Our Schedule
That’s right. We got three Tuesdays left in 2017, and each one is now $2 Taco Tuesday! Pretty self explanatory, honestly. Get some tacos, and enjoy.

Enjoy A Family Night Before School Begins
As we mentioned above, we know the summer can be chaotic. With families being pulled every which way, it can be tough to find family time. A night at the DBAP satisfies that, as it’s a fun night out, and a good way for the family to connect before school gets going again.

See the Bulls Beat Charlotte Even More
The Bulls’ biggest rival is the Charlotte Knights. The good news? We’re 9–1 against the Knights in the Bull City this season. In other words, they don’t hold a candle to us. We play them three more times at home, so come see us continue our dominance over the Queen City.

There’s Only Four Fireworks Shows Left
In case you don’t already know, we set off fireworks after every Friday and Saturday game we play. And frankly, once the season is over, you don’t have too many chances to see fireworks again until the next year. Catch one (or all) of our shows, and we promise you won’t be disappointed.

It Doesn’t Get More Local Than the DBAP
We brew our own beer inside the stadium. We have a ton of other NC beers on tap. We have over 50 different types of beer in the stadium. If you’re looking for good drinks, the DBAP is the place to be.

Wool E. Bull
The guy is a Triangle icon. He’s funny. He’s animated. The E. in his name stands for Education (weird, right?) He’s truly the gift that keeps on giving. See him in action before it’s too late.

Satisfy Your Cravings for $1
Every Thursday at the ballpark is $1 Concessions night. What does that mean? Bright Leaf hot dogs, popcorn and soda are all just a buck, all game long. Eat 10 hot dogs for $10. And let us tell you something — you’re not getting that deal anywhere else in the Triangle.

The Next Big Thing Could Be Under Your Nose
You never know what player is going to come through Durham and become the next big MLB star. We already mentioned all the talent the Bulls have, but just last year Aaron Judge was in town playing for another team. Now? He’s a Home Run Derby champion. It’s cool to catch these guys before they’re superstars.

Jackie’s Landing
For what it’s worth, we think Jackie’s Landing is one of the best bars around. Overlooking the field, a scenic view of downtown, plenty of drink options, plenty of TVs and other people just hanging out? Sign us up.

DBAP Sunsets
There is no question the DBAP provides the best sunsets in all of Minor League Baseball. The sun sets to the west (obviously), and as it falls behind the buildings of the American Tobacco Campus it provides some INSANE skies. Perfect for Instagram. And trust us, we would know.

Our Players Care About Our Fans
This year, the Bulls are very fortunate to have a very fun team, and one that always makes time for our fans. Stop by the dugout before a game, and it’s more than likely you’ll walk away with a few autographs. Frankly, it’s what Minor League Baseball is all about.

We Know How to Keep Children Occupied
Got a little one who won’t sit still? We got a solution — take him/her to Wool E. World! With games and a jungle gym and more, it’s a perfect way to tire out a little tyke, so you can get back in your seat for the end of the game and watch the Bulls win again.

We Care About YOU
Do we want the Bulls to win? Absolutely, positively. But our biggest concern is making sure every person that walks through the door of the ballpark walks out happy. We strive to make sure every detail is right for our fans so they have a fun, safe time while they’re here, and we truly care about the fan experience. Anytime you’re at the DBAP, you let us know if something is out of place, and we’ll be sure to do all we can to help out. We know we have the best fans in sports, so let us show you a good time over the final month of the regular season.
