A Guide to Purchasing Your Tickets Online
This past offseason, the Bulls switched their ticket partner to Tickets.com. With that move came a change in how fans buy and manage their tickets, so we’ve created an easy guide to show how to manage your tickets directly from your phone.
When you are ready to purchase tickets from DurhamBulls.com and you select your date, you’ll first decide how many tickets you’d like to purchase and where you’d like to sit. You can choose your seats either by ‘Section’ or by ‘Seat Map.’
After you’ve selected your seats, you’ll be prompted to log-in. If you have previously purchased tickets for the 2018 season, use the log-in and password you have already created. If it is your first time purchasing tickets for 2018, create a new account and save your information.
After you log-in you will be taken to your shopping cart, where your selected tickets will be waiting. From there you will select your delivery method, and we recommend selecting ‘Digital No Printed Tickets’ as those tickets will be accessible from your mobile device (which means you can skip the box office at the DBAP). You will then be provided with a cart confirmation page.
Following your cart confirmation you will be asked to enter your payment information, and once entered, you’ll be able to place your order. After payment has processed, you will receive an order confirmation.
Once your tickets have been purchased, you can view them in your mobile account. From your account select the game you are going to attend and click the ticket you wish to view. It will bring up a bar code that can be scanned at the DBAP entrance, allowing you to completely skip the line at the box office.
