Do you have one of those friends who always seems to travel everywhere for free? The one you can’t decide whether you love or hate, because she’s inspiring but it feels infuriating that you can’t do the same?

At Hitlist, we focus on saving you as much money on flights as possible, but it’s worth pointing out that there are ways to travel for even less. For free, even. Here are some top tips from Hitlist’s best and brightest:

1. Use Grabr to cover the costs of your trip. Grabr is a new way to make money every time you travel by bringing products for locals on your trip. Traveling to Buenos Aires from the US? Choose the products you want to deliver, and a local will pay you a fee — around 20% of the item price — to bring it for them. Grabr secures the transaction, so both sides are safe. Earn as much as you can carry. Browse here for inspiration on where to go next (hint: there are enough orders from the US to Argentina, Brazil, and India that you can likely cover the cost of your trip!).

2. List your home on Airbnb. Fun fact about Hitlist: our founder and CEO rented her apartment on Airbnb to fund the early stages of Hitlist’s development. Whether you’re listing a spare bedroom or your whole place, Airbnb is a great way to make some extra spending money for traveling and meet great people along the way. Sign up to be a host here.

3. Redeem bonus points from credit cards. Many credit cards offer signup bonuses that can be redeemed for free flights and hotel nights. The Points Guy is our favorite resource to figure out which credit card offer is right for you.
