Make Hive Home with Customizable Appearance

We all want to feel comfortable where we work. We put pictures on our desk, find the quietest table at our favorite cafe, or have a dedicated work place at home. At Hive, we want you to feel as comfortable in our tool as you are in you favorite place to do work.

That’s why have now made it easier than ever to customize your workspace.

With the new “Customize Workspace” feature, you can make changes to the appearance (background image and header colors) of your Hive workspace.

Let’s take a look at how Sansa customized her workspace for her team, House Stark.

First, she opened the main menu and selected the new option “Customize Workspace.”

This opened up a new window, where she could select the Navigation Bar color, upload and image of the Stark sigil, and add a background image.

Once she had added all the custom details, she simply pressed Save. Now her workspace has wonderful new appearance that matches House Stark’s colors and lets everyone know that “winter is coming”.
