Over the last decade, enterprises have seen unprecedented growth in cloud adoption. According to Gartner, the public cloud services market was anticipated to grow by 6.3% year on year in 2020, totaling almost $258 billion. One of the biggest drivers of the growth we’re seeing is cloud application services. Enterprises are reaping the benefits of transitioning application workloads to the cloud. Throughout my career as a CTO, and in the tech industry generally, I’ve seen firsthand how organizations can benefit from transitioning their applications to the cloud.
