Most of you will have read the explanation published by our CEO, Jure Soklič, earlier this month regarding the time we have spent recently building a business offline and the steps that will be taken for Hive Project’s goals to be reached.

Therefore we have decided to give you an update on our efforts on the community front.

Switch to Telegram Supergroup & Channel

We have explained our reasons switching to Telegram in detail in our blog post, titled “Hello, Hive Project Telegram” recently.

We have deleted Slack channel entirely as it has become a stream of one scam attempt after the other & we felt keeping it up, while not policing it, would be enabling the scammers to do their thing & cheat people out of their cryptocurrency.

We are enjoying the experience much more & it will also help us keep track of our conversation better, while protecting you from spam & especially scam.

First week has passed since our switch & the Hive Project Community is well, vibrant and growing.

Support system redesign

Our support system during ICO was good, but it had its flaws. Mostly, those flaws had to do with tracking certain requests for help on non-email channels. We have implemented Zendesk recently & we are loving it so far.

Still, there are currently 9 channels that we have to monitor & eventually lead to Hive Project support team. The realization we have made is that in order for our communication to be clear and prompt, we simply need to put more hands on the job.

At least two people will be joining Hive Project team shortly, so that our communication efforts can fire on all cylinders. Whether it is news, updates or help, our aim is to get those to you faster.

Knowledge base

Our Medium channel, now intertwined with “how-to” guides & news updates, will be getting some relief. While some of the “how-to” guides will still take a form of a blog, most of them will be turned into knowledge base articles. That will also help you help yourself, or our Hive Project Support team to deliver the answer to your question even faster.
