We have just released a very useful feature and some important improvements — let’s run you through it.
Hiver Keyboard Shortcuts
Hiver now supports a list of keyboard shortcuts which will help you take lot of actions you take frequently in a fraction of a second and boost your productivity!
You can enable Keyboard Shortcuts by clicking on Hiver’s gear icon from your Gmail and then click on ‘View All’ link to see the list of shortcuts.
Alternatively, you can hit ‘alt + /’ to access the list of shortcuts anytime through your Gmail once you have enabled the Keyboard Shortcuts option.

We’ve made some enhancement to create a more seamless experience for you:
a) Show Assignee Name: You can now see the assignee name in the email list view inside ‘Team, Pending and Closed’ section of Shared Mailbox.
Moreover, you can filter the list based on the team member’s name by selecting his/her name from Hiver’s Team Selector dropdown.
b) Notes Draft: We now immediately save a draft for the note until you manually save it. This is very helpful in the scenario where you accidentally refresh the browser tab, switch to another email and come back to the thread, or if a note fails to get saved, the draft will always be visible and you can continue from where you left.
