If you are an admin managing a large team, we have just the news for you! Roles and permissions will give you complete control over access to information and authorisation for various actions within the system. Hiver now ships with 4 default user roles. Staying on top of your shared mailbox conversations just got a whole lot easier! Filter conversations using any combination of values for Status, Assignee, and Tags. Save and access these ‘Views’ in a single click. Organize your conversations into relevant Views once and find something new to do with all the extra time on hand! Learn more.

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Surveys

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys are used to understand your customers’ satisfaction levels with your organizations’ products, services, or experiences. Now Hiver users can send CSAT surveys right from your shared mailbox.

The CSAT messaging is completely customizable right up to the thank you message. And you can set CSAT distribution to ‘Automatic’ and start collecting valuable feedback with no additional effort! Learn more.

Notes Search

Notes have become even more powerful now that you can search across the notes in your shared mailbox. Just like all our product design decisions, we’ve kept this one subtle and available from within the Gmail search box. Type in your keyword and click the ‘Search Hiver notes’ option. Power users can try typing in ‘note:’ followed by the search keyword. Learn more.
