As a team, we are constantly trying to improve Hiver for delivering better customer experience. We have just released some important updates and improvements.

Hiver — Salesforce Connector

You can now integrate your Hiver account with Salesforce and track all your customers’ activity from one place.

Our Salesforce connector enables Sales teams create and view the Contacts and Leads through Hiver without switching between the tools.

This is how you can add people to Salesforce:

Besides adding, you can also view a person’s details in the Hiver sidebar, if that contact already exists in Salesforce.

Revamped Account and Notifications dropdown
