GUIDE: Has my HVN transaction been processed yet?

Over the last few days, we have received several emails enquiring about the status of the initial distribution of HVN tokens. As we are currently experiencing a surge in support requests, we have written a blog post with instructions about how to check if your HVN transaction has been processed yet.

Step 1: Visit the Hive Project Token (HVN) token page on Etherscan.io

Step 2: Enter your address in the “Search/Filter by:” field & click Apply

Step 3: See the result.

If your result shows “There are no matching entries”, your transaction has not been processed yet. However, we can assure you that we are processing all outstanding HVN transactions as fast as we can and that your transaction will be processed shortly.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you submitted your address more than 4 days ago and your transaction still has not been processed, please contact us at support@hive-project.net and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Make sure you include the e-mail address you used for Hive Project registration.
