Hiveterminal: For Investors' Peace of Mind — Collection Made Easier!
As we focus on delivering liquidity to invoice sellers, we also want to make sure that Hiveterminal invoice buyers feel safe, have a pleasant experience, and are happy to return to our platform time and time again. The Hiveterminal Support Team is working hard to assist all users and is taking a proactive role in providing information to all sides. We are now adding an important piece to the puzzle that will provide our users with additional peace of mind.
Hiveterminal is happy to announce that we finalized the cooperation with SolTer this month. SolTer is now the collection agency recommended to Hiveterminal users. As part of the agreement, SolTer will provide special rates to all invoice buyers on Hiveterminal in need of collection.
To make the prices more competitive, SolTer has agreed to a different approach to collection fees. Their standard practice entails pricing each collection process individually. Instead, SolTer will take all interested Hiveterminal clients through the collection process. Apart from the court filing fee (EUR 44 for the enforcement procedure), SolTer will also not charge any fee to the invoice buyers in need of collection unless the collection process is successful. Hiveterminal decided to increase the competitiveness of this deal further and waived our client referral fee.

Hiveterminal has spent the last few months actively seeking out a partner company to help our invoice buyers with their collection processes. Our primary intent was to continue relying on our great working relationship with Solvis, a collection company owned by our data provider, Bisnode. Solvis and Hiveterminal have cooperated closely not only in assisting invoice buyers in the collection process but also on our educational and promotional events as part of the Chamber of Business and Small Commerce’s Mozaik podjetnih, where both companies have been long-time, valued partners.
However, following a group-level corporate restructuring by Bisnode, Solvis no longer offers collection services to third-party clients. Luckily for us, the head of the company, Klementina Zupancic Maver, opened her own business, SolTer, on January 1, 2020.
Klementina Zupančič Maver started her career at a company that was acquired by Bisnode in 2007. She quickly rose through the ranks and became the head of Solvis in 2011. She is extremely well versed in the pre-legal collection process and prides herself on the fact that many debtors Solvis worked with later signed on as clients.
“Most cases are resolved during the pre-legal collection stage, which is faster and less costly. We are respectful towards debtors and completely transparent with invoice buyers. We can also represent invoice buyers during the legal stage of the process, handling all the administrative tasks, legal costs, and communications with the court. Once the debt is settled, SolTer will collect our fee from the Hiveterminal invoice buyer. To better serve the invoice buyers using Hiveterminal, we have prepared a price list based on invoice amounts. The invoice buyers can decide on their own when to contact us, but, as a general rule, we recommend that they don’t take too long.”
